Jim Garzione
President
Jim founded Thinkdesign in 1995 after more than 10 years of leadership in a variety of marketing and creative director roles. His wealth of knowledge and vast experience in working with leading creative agencies, Fortune 500 companies, associations, and non profits helps guide the strategy, growth, and overall management of Thinkdesign. Jim oversees all creative and marketing strategy at Thinkdesign. He prides himself in staying connected with his clients by remaining a part of the day-to-day process.
He also enjoys:

Dallas Gotschall
Creative Director,
Self-Proclaimed Champ
Dallas is an award-winning creative director with over 10 years of achievement in multiple artistic disciplines. Accolades for his work include: Association Trends Gold Award, IABC Silver Inkwell Award, Printing Industry Association of America Certificate of Merit and the Art Directors Club of Metropolitan Washington Certificate of Merit. Dallas joined Thinkdesign in 2004 after working several years at a local agency and 4 years as a senior designer at Microstrategy.
He also enjoys:

Nicole Shafer
Dir. of Account Mgmt,
Island Lover/Wave Seeker
Nicole’s account management skills, eye for award-winning creative and ability to generate and implement top-notch marketing and advertising plans have garnered her clients’ tremendous success. Key projects include: negotiating and implementing media and marketing plans for AT&T Government Solutions, building Web sites for Seventh Avenue law firms, and working with local non-profits, such as the Duke Ellington Jazz Festival, to build corporate sponsorship and attract over 55,000 Washingtonians. Other clients include: Contact Solutions, General Dynamics, ManTech International, CACI, Navigant, McMillan LLP, DOT, and the NIH Loan Repayment Program.
She also enjoys:

Mike Minnicino
Dir. of Account Services,
Thespian, Ex-revolutionary (we lost)
Mike has been involved in the creation, design, production, and distribution of publications and marketing materials for more years than he is willing to admit. He comes to Thinkdesign from the National Recreation and Park Association, where he was Publications Manager. Prior to NRPA, Mike was Vice President and Sales Manager of PMR Printing/World Composition Services, one of the areas largest creative services firms.

Liz Dobozy
Senior Designer,
Dog Sympathizer
Liz has more than 10 years of experience as a designer and has been with Thinkdesign for 3 years. Her work includes magazine and publication design for clients like The Smithsonian, Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, Public Risk Management Association and Laureate Education, Inc. Liz’s proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is on display with each project she manages. She takes great pride in her creativity, speed, and accuracy and is always looking for the next challenge.

Jeff Doan
Senior Interactive Designer,

Jeff has over 5 years of experience as an interactive designer in multiple facets of web and print design. Having recently spent 2 years at an association marketing firm, he adds a unique perspective to Thinkdesign. Jeff has considerable experience and a proven successful track record in: web design, programming, testing and analytics, content management systems (WordPress what what!), social media, search engine optimization, email and inbound marketing—it goes without saying he has a great love for all things web. You can find him daily bothering people on Twitter as well.

Marlyn Garcia
Brown
Senior Designer, Tennis ♥er
Marlyn has over 14 years of experience as a designer for national and local agencies. Her work has been for a range of clients that include General Motors, VW of America, Audi of America, Kmart, Spina Bifida Association, POGO, and Scivantage. Marlyn joined Thinkdesign in 2008 and has a BFA in Visual Communications and Illustration.

Charity Moreno-
Hines
Senior Desiger, Junior Mommy
Charity has nearly 10 years of experience in print design with a focus on higher education, non profit, and health and beauty campaigns. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Graphic Design from Drexel University in Philadelphia and has worked as a designer and art director in both Baltimore and DC markets. Charity joined Thinkdesign in 2007 and her client list includes Laureate Education, Inc., Georgetown University, and the Baltimore Museum of Industry, among others. She and her husband are proud parents to their baby boy Roman.

Marji Cooper
Receptionist,

Marjorie is a recent graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in Communication Arts. Marjorie joined Thinkdesign this year and her experience includes illustrative services for local businesses and patrons.
